Today’s seniors are a new generation of older adults in the “the know”. You know what you want and you know what you need. More and more of today’s seniors recognize the benefit of computers in their everyday lives. However, it hasn’t always been easy to find a convenient source of specialized training just for you. Our mission is to make it easy for seniors to become “techno-savvy”. Computer Generation offers you the convenience of computer training in the comfort of your home or retirement residence. Not only do today’s Seniors want and need to learn how to use their computers but studies have shown that computer use is actually beneficial to the senior’s overall mental health! Why wait? Why feel discouraged? Unfortunately, many seniors still feel challenged when trying to find computer training which would be suitable for them: Common Scenarios: My son gave me his old computer and it just sits there. How does he expect me to use it if he doesn’t make the time to show me how? ˜˜˜ I’m too old to learn how to use the computer. I watch my grandson and he goes so fast. I could never remember all of that. ˜˜˜ Some of my friends in my retirement residence get email from their kids and grandkids. I wish I knew how to do that too but I guess I’m too stupid to figure it out. I wouldn’t even know how to turn on a computer. I wish somebody could teach me but who would have the patience? The trainers at Computer Generation not only have the patience, but they are professionally trained and understand that there are no stupid questions and nobody should EVER feel inadequate.
